Returns Policy
Goods returned to All Things Catering will be accepted entirely at All Things Catering discretion, provided that they are returned unused, in perfect condition and in their original packaging. You must contact All Things Catering via the All Things Catering website (www.allthingscatering.co.uk) to receive a returns number. Any goods returned to All Things Catering without a returns number or are not in the condition set out above will be rejected and returned. All Things Catering retains the reserves the right to charge an administration charge on all returns.
Delivery
Goods held in our warehouse are usually despatched within three working days on the UK mainland. Should any item take longer than three working days, All Things Catering will let you know as soon as we are made aware of the delay. Risk of loss or damage to the goods shall pass to you upon delivery. Claims for damage to the goods must be noted at the time of delivery with the courier or delivery person and notified to All Things Catering with in 3 days of the delivery date via the All Things Catering website (www.allthingscatering.co.uk).
Prices and Payments
All prices are in Pounds Sterling and were correct when published and given in good faith. All Things Catering reserve the right to change the advertised price before you place an order. Payment is only accepted by Credit Card/Debit Card. For so long as any amount to be paid for the goods remains owing to All Things Catering or CGL title for the goods will remain with All Things Catering and will not pass to you, until All Things Catering has received payment in full including any interest due. All Things Catering reserve the right to decline any sale prior to delivery. |
